Joel Graves, MBA ‘08
President
Joel Graves is a manager in the Banking Practice at West Monroe Partners - a team of business and technical experts consulting in industries undergoing profound change.  In this role, he works with clients to develop plans for and manage execution of projects that improve profitability.  Previously, he worked as a licensed personal banker for JPMorgan Chase.  He holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University.  He has been actively with CFO for several years.
 
Michelle Auk, BSC ‘09
Vice President
Michelle Auk is an Investment Bank Associate at JPMorgan Chase.  She works on an Asset Management team responsible for a portfolio of alternative energy projects in wind, solar, geothermal, and refined coal.  Before her current role, Michelle worked on a team specializing in the restructure, sale, acquisition and disposition of leverage lease investments in rail, aircraft, power plants and other big ticket equipment.  She was also a Portfolio Management Analyst for Section 42 LIHTC real estate transactions and structured tax equity financing in wind projects.  Michelle was a 2008-2009 recipient of the DePaul CFO Scholarship Award and received her B.S. in Finance Magna Cum Laude from DePaul College of Commerce in June 2009.  Since graduation, Michelle has been actively involved with CFO and also serves as an A.S.K. Mentor at the DePaul Career Center.
 
Matthew Sullivan, BSC ‘12
Secretary
Matt Sullivan is an Investment Bank Analyst with JPMorgan Chase for the Tax Oriented Investment Group. He is with the Portfolio Management team that works with housing investments in addition to alternative energy investments that primarily use wind along with solar, biomass, and geothermal energy. Prior to his current position, Matt Sullivan was an intern on the Analytics team for Tax Oriented Investments performing cash flow analysis as well as aiding in the calculation of risk ratings of individual properties in the multi-investor housing funds. Matt was recipient of the Deans’ Scholarship for 2008-2012, and he graduated from the DePaul Honors program with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Chinese Language.
 
Jim Lenihan, MBA ‘99
Treasurer
James Lenihan, CTP, is Founder and Strategic Leader of TreasuryPros. Before creating his current firm in 2007, he invested nearly 30 years as a treasury and financial professional with Nalco Chemical Company. He also earned financial positions, in the insurance, real estate, financial advisory and manufacturing industries. Professor Lenihan earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from The Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and an active member of Financial Executives International.
 
Carey Ryan, BSC ‘02
Scholarship Chair
Carey Ryan is a Commercial Banking Officer at Wintrust Business Credit, the asset based lending arm of Wintrust Financial. In this role, he works with middle market companies to finance their growth and maintain liquidity through the trade cycle. His duties include portfolio management, credit underwriting, and collateral analysis. Carey holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Information Systems from the DePaul University College of Commerce.
 
Daniel Blakely, BSC ‘09
Membership Chair
Daniel Blakely is a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank, covering environmental companies including e-recycling, scrap recycling and waste collection private and public companies.  Before assuming his current position in 2012, he spent three years as a treasury analyst at a non-for-profit health system known as NorthShore University Healthsystem where he managed a tax-exempt debt portfolio and short term investments.   He holds a B.S. in Finance from the DePaul University.  Since his graduation from DePaul in 2009 he has been actively involved with Posse Chicago in which he mentors high school seniors in writing as well as the Young Alumni Committee at DePaul. 
 
Melanie Credo, BSC ‘03
Events Chair
Melanie Credo is an account manager on the Integrated Demand Resources Team at Johnson Controls.  In this role, Melanie enjoys serving her clients as a resource in the dynamic and complex energy industry - specifically with demand response programs and technology in the building industry.  Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Melanie held progressing roles at OTIS Elevator Company, a division of United Technologies, from Regional Financial Analyst, Project Manager to Account Manager.  Prior to OTIS Elevator, Melanie was a Financial Analyst for the Financial Services North America Business.  She also spent some time in the banking industry at Citibank and Merrill Lynch.  Melanie has a BS in Finance and a minor in Spanish from DePaul University and has taken MBA classes through the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.  Melanie has been involved with CFO since 2003 and is a past Secretary and Events Committee Chair.
 
Matthew Gall, MBA ‘11
Communications Chair
Matt is an investment analyst intern at Barrington Research Associates, focusing on Cloud and Software-as-a-Service companies. Prior to joining Barrington Research, Matt spent 5 years with BMW Financial Services in Ohio, working with dealers nationwide as a Funding and Credit analyst and assisting customers as a Lease-End specialist. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Communications and Political Science from The Ohio State University and received an MBA with honors in Financial Analysis from DePaul University. Matt is a CFA Level II candidate. His previous involvement with CFO and the MBA Association includes coordinating and administering 2 stock portfolio contests from 2010-2012.
